Are you ready to dive with Sinai Scuba Diving Center?
In order to do so Sinai Scuba Diving Center will need your latest diving certification and log Book. You also need to have diving insurance; if you don’t have it diving insurance is available at the Sinai Scuba Diving Center upon your check in.
To ensure safe and enjoyable diving, Sinai Scuba operates a policy for guests who have not dived for a longer time.
If your last dive is 6 months ago or longer a check dive is required.
If your last dive is 12 months ago or longer a scuba review is required.
The scuba review course takes one day. It aims to refresh the knowledge you gained on previous dives, so that you may proceed to guided dives. The course consists of a short quiz, skills practice in confined water and one open water dive. During the open water dive, the instructor will assess your skills and comfort as a diver, in order to recommend suitable sites for guided dives on subsequent days.
The check dive, if required, is the first dive of the diving package. Before the check dive our professional diving instructor will assists you with assembling your equipment and gives a briefing about the skills that you will practice. Under his or her direct supervision you will spend the first few minutes of the dive practicing basic scuba skills, before continuing on a guided underwater tour.
For wreck dives such as Thislegorm and Abu Nuhas we need you to be an Advanced Diver or higher.
We offer various packages for guided boat diving, from 1 day, to 3, 5 or 10 or more days, on request. The package price applies even if you choose to take a rest day between diving days. There is no obligation to dive on consecutive days.
Furthermore don’t forget: Take only pictures and leave only bubbles!
